Mahindra Integrated Township Limited (“Promoter”) is inviting offers/applications for allotment of an apartment for its Multiplier Rebate Plan (“MRP”) in its project, “MahindraHappinest” at Plot No. 21, Second Avenue, Mahindra World City, Paranur Village, Chengalpattu, Tamil Nadu bearing TNRERA No. TN/01/Building/0262/2022 dated 12.07.2021 valid up to 31.08.2026 available on www.tnrera.in (“Project”).
You can select your preference for an apartment by submitting the MRP Application Form. By submitting the MRP Application Form and making an online payment of Rs.36,000/- or cheque payment of Rs.40,000/- as MRP Token Amount (“MRP Token Amount”) to the Promoter, your unique MRP number shall be generated.
